​The PhD dissertation of student Asma AlTalafeeh, titled "The Impact of Information and Communication Technologies on Arab Diasporic Novels: the Changing Perception of Diaspora" was defended at the Faculty of Foreign Languages, Department of English Language and Literature. The dissertation was supervised by Professor Yousef Abu Amrieh. The examination committee consisted of Professor Majed Al-Adayleh from Mutah University, Dr. Zaydun Al-Shara and Dr. Eman Mukattash.

The dissertation was supervised by Dr. Marwan Jarrah. The examination committee consisted of Professor Rajai Khanji, Dr. Abdel Rahman Altakhaineh, and Dr. Oqab Al-Shawashrah.

 On Sunday, August 11, 2024, the student Razan Abed Ibrahim Al-Ma'adat defended her master's thesis titled 'The Translation of a Part of a Study Titled: The Revolution of Cryptocurrency: What is the Future of Bitcoin and Blockchain by Researchers Lalla Latifa Al-Alawi and Mohamed Yassine Saghra as a Model.’ The dissertation was supervised by Professor Akram Odeh. The examination committee consisted of Professor Adnan Al-Samadi, Dr. Mousa Awad, and Dr. Batoul Al-Muhaisen

The thesis focused on translating a part of a study about the future of cryptocurrencies and Blockchain technology. The thesis aims to contribute to enriching the terminology related to the field of financial sciences and its intersection with technology in Arabic.

The examination committee consisted of Dr. Marwan Jarrah, Dr. Mohammad Nour Al-Salem and Dr. Nisreen Al-Khawaldah.

MA student Riham Yacoub Almughrabi successfully defended on 23/10/2024 her thesis “Jamal Mahjoub's The Fugitives as an Appropriation of Hamlet".

The examining committee consisted of Prof. Yousef Abu Amrieh (supervisor), Dr. Hussein Al-Hawamdeh, Dr. Dina Salman, and Dr. Bakr Bani Khair (an external examiner from the Hashemite University).

The committee recommended granting a master's degree in English literature to Almughrabi and praised the originality of the thesis and its importance in bridging cultural gaps between the East and the West. The committee also commended the researcher's efforts in highlighting the key role that Arab diasporic novelists play in this field.
