Professor Shereen Kakish has participated as a member, associate expert, and representative of the University of Jordan in the meeting of the Committee of Scientific and Economic Experts in the Middle East (La CREES). The meeting was held at the regional office of the agency in Beirut on Monday, April 22, 2024. This is a regional advisory committee that works with the Regional Office of the Francophone University Agency as an extension of the Scientific Council (SC) and the Economic and Social Council (ESC), both of which are legal advisory bodies. This comitee also participates in defining the policy for scientific evaluation of projects seeking financial support from the Francophone Agency. Professor Kakish collaborates with a number of experts and academics on this committee to enhance cooperation among academic and professional experts at the level of universities and educational institutions in the Middle East, ensuring efficiency and promoting the regional orientations of the Francophone University Agency towards a useful, diverse, and practical Francophone scientific community.
