The University of Jordan (UJ) and Selcuk University of Turkey signed an academic cooperation agreement for the purposes of education, research and training.
The agreement was signed by UJ President Prof. Azmi Mahafzah and Selcuk University President Prof. Mustafa Sahin.
The agreement calls for the mutual exchange of faculty, staff, and students; joint research projects; and the exchange of academic publications.
After the signing ceremony, Selcuk University President Mustafa ŞAHİN and Director of Language Center of the Selcuk University Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kazım ÜRÜN visited the School of Foreign Languages, the Department of Asian Languages and Turkish Section in presense of the Dean of the School Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Al-Shra'ah and Head of the Department of Asian Languages Dr. Bagdagul MUSA.
After Visiting the School the guests attended the Second Asian Festival held by the Department of Asian Languages. Selcuk University President Prof. Dr. Mustafa ŞAHİN had Speech and in his Speech emphisized about importance of Cultural events. The guests were delighted with the performances of the Turkish Section.
