His Majesty, King Abdullah II, in the presence of Crown Prince Al Hussein and Prince Faisal, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of King Abdullah II Center for Excellence, handed over the Public University Excellence Award to University of Jordan President, Nathir Obeidat, at a big ceremony held at the Palace of Culture to announce the winners of the current 2024 King Abdullah II Awards for Excellence in Government Performance and Transparency.
His Excellency, Dr. Nathir Obeidat, said that the University of Jordan has taken quality as a way of life and considers the award as a step in its journey towards universality. The university considers its local leadership a duty, not an option. since 1962, the university has deep roots in the ground and has provided the Arab world with distinguished qualified people who dedicated themselves to giving.
His Excellency, Dr. Nathir Obeidat, Obeidat added that the university's unique accomplishments were achieved by our loyal Jordanian sons who put tremendous concerted sustained efforts in order for the University of Jordan to be a bright light that attracts the attention of the world.
