The Dean of the School of Foreign Languages, Professor Marwan Al-Jarrah, met with students enrolled in the Career Readiness course, in the presence of Dr. Sukaina Ali, Assistant Dean for Student Affairs.
The meeting introduced the course and the areas it covers, highlighting its importance in preparing students for the job market, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to pursue their careers with confidence and competence, and opening up diverse employment opportunities for them.
Professor Al-Jarrah also emphasized the value of making the most of the meetings with professionals and experts hosted as part of the course, as these encounters help students explore their interests and career orientations after graduation, and gain deeper insights into labor market demands — ultimately enabling them to secure rewarding jobs with fair salaries.
At the end of the session, the Dean answered students’ questions regarding the course and its outcomes, reaffirming the School’s commitment to supporting students in their academic and professional journeys.
