On Thursday, January 12, 2023, in the attendance of the Consul of the Republic of Turkey in Amman, Mr. Abdullah Subashi, the Department of Asian Languages, in cooperation with the Presidency of Turks Abroad and Related Communities, held a workshop for the faculty and university students on scholarships offered by the Government of Turkiye, where the Head of the Department of Asian Languages, Dr. Bagdagul Mussa, opened the workshop with a welcoming speech, then the Coordinator of the Presidency of Turks Abroad and Related Communities in the Middle East and North Africa, Mr. Ozer Goksun, spoke about Turkiye Shcolarships, its regulations, and how to apply to it. Dr. Baraa Ahmed, from the Department of Turkish Language, spoke about her experience in studying a master's degree in Turkey with Turkiye scholarships. The workshop concluded with questions from the students and taking a group photo.
