Dr. Malek Sawalha, Head of the Department of Asian Languages at the University of Jordan, welcomed his friends, the Education Counselor of the Turkish Embassy in Jordan, Mr. Burhan Oğultan, and the Director of the Yunus Emre Turkish Cultural Center in Amman, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Öztürk, in a friendly visit in the name of Turkish language, culture, and literature. The meeting was also attended by the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs and Partnerships, Dr. Doaa Salameh. The discussion focused on ways to strengthen cultural and academic cooperation between Jordan and Turkey and to encourage the exchange of expertise in the fields of Turkish language and literature.
