The PhD dissertation of student Asma AlTalafeeh, titled "The Impact of Information and Communication Technologies on Arab Diasporic Novels: the Changing Perception of Diaspora" was defended at the Faculty of Foreign Languages, Department of English Language and Literature. The dissertation was supervised by Professor Yousef Abu Amrieh. The examination committee consisted of Professor Majed Al-Adayleh from Mutah University, Dr. Zaydun Al-Shara and Dr. Eman Mukattash.
