  • Translating and explaining tourism programs, offers, and services provided in foreign languages.
  • Writing professional correspondence (emails, inquiry responses, and booking confirmations).
  • Preparing informational or promotional content in foreign languages.
  • Becoming familiar with specialized tourism terminology and using it accurately.
  • Welcoming and coordinating tourist groups.
  • Organizing reservations while ensuring linguistic accuracy in data entry.
  • Enhancing intercultural communication skills and understanding the needs of tourists from diverse backgrounds.

Training Outcomes

After completing the training, students are expected to be able to:
